Fantastic location with easy access to two underground stations, including Victoria. The small balcony in the room provided a nice spot for fresh air and helped keep the space cooler in the heat, which was a bonus.
Rooms can feel cramped due to their L-shape design, making things a bit tight, especially the shower and sink areas. Some noise can creep in from the breakfast room and nearby reception, particularly in the morning when activity ramps up. The wifi can be unreliable during peak times, and breakfast options lacked variety, with stale bread and limited selection.

We were thrilled to find a cozy place with a nice little tea and coffee station in our room. A lovely shower that felt like a spa treat after a long day. The hotel also has a great rooftop spot to unwind and a relaxing lounge area for some downtime. The only hiccup was the TV being a bit out of tune, but it didn’t bother us much since we were too tired to watch anyway. 😊

Super cozy and friendly vibes!
We had a fab stay! The staff were really friendly and helped us with directions and local tips. The bed was soooo comfy! ! Loved the tea and coffee in the room. Only thing is that the storage space was pretty limited, but we managed. Great spot, close to Pimlico tube and a bus stop right outside. Ideal for exploring!

I had a pleasant stay and found the location really convenient. I appreciated the nearby cafes and restaurants, making it easy to grab a bite. The staff were friendly and helpful, which added to the experience. I enjoyed a relaxing morning with a simple breakfast in the designated breakfast area. It was nice to start the day this way.
The room was compact, which I expected for the price. There was limited space for my luggage, and the shower drain didn't work efficiently. this did not hinder my visit.

It was just a fine choice for a whistle-stop in London with reasonable value. The reception area was clean and I got a warm welcome from the staff. Consider opting for a room with lift access to make things easier.

Great location for sightseeing!
Had a lovely stay for 3 nights. The staff were super friendly and gave us loads of tips on where to eat. Our room was small but definitely clean and cozy. No air con, just a fan, which made it a bit warm, but the bus stop right outside was a lifesaver for getting into central London. Breakfast wasn’t available, but food spots are nearby.

Perfect little getaway
Had a great time here! The room was cozy and clean. It had everything I needed like a kettle for tea. America made breakfast delightful, with a great presentation. Only thing was the bathroom felt a bit cramped. it was a lovely stay just minutes from the bus and tube stations.

Fantastic location with helpful staff
I stayed for 2 nights in a Double Room and was pleasantly surprised by the fantastic location, which offered great connectivity to public transport and nearby attractions. The staff were exceptionally courteous and went the extra mile to assist, especially with early check-in and luggage storage. The room was cozy and clean, providing a comfortable resting spot after long days of exploration. the bathroom was quite small, which can be challenging for some guests.

A great location, just a short walk from the station and close to various attractions. The staff were friendly and helpful, providing excellent recommendations. While the room was compact and the bathroom small, everything was immaculate and comfortable. Missing breakfast due to early hours was a disappointment, but overall, a lovely experience.
